CALL for sections to host the Autumn 2022 Federal Committee Meeting!

The Young European Federalists (JEF Europe) have now opened the call for national sections to host the Autumn 2022 Federal Committee Meeting. 

We are looking for a motivated JEF section that is interested in hosting our Federal Committee meeting (2 days) in November 2022.

The following characteristics are of fundamental importance:

• having a venue that is relatively well-connected to most parts of Europe;
• a dedicated team of 4-5 JEF activists on the spot that will assist the European Secretariat with logistical support;
• motivation and dedication to search for additional local/regional/national co-funding.

If your section is interested in hosting the FC, you can send your proposal to our Secretary General at sg@jef.eu by the 5th October 2021. The final proposal should contain:

• An introduction on the reasons why you wish to host the FC meeting; 
• Name and price of at least three potential venues, accommodations and restaurants that could host up to 80 people; 
• A list of transport options (how to reach the host city from different corners of Europe); 
• Options for co-funding on the local/regional/national level; 
• Provisional budget

Deadline to submit your final application is 5th October 2021!
