Join us in Brussels for the JEF Capacity Building Seminar – Sept 27-29!

Dear JEFers,

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for all JEF sections to participate in our upcoming Capacity Building Seminar in Brussels, taking place from September 27-29, 2024. This seminar is designed to strengthen the leadership skills of our members by covering essential topics that will strengthen the organizational capacity of JEF sections across Europe.

Why should you attend?
Join us to dive deep into crucial areas such as volunteer management, digital activism, project and finances management, fundraising, and campaign strategies. Our goal is to equip you or strengthen your skills to drive impactful initiatives within your sections. During this week-end, we will take the time to learn from each other and get great tips from experienced trainers. The aim of this training is to be actionable and we will ask you to come prepared and bring concrete projects back home.

Who can apply?
While everyone is encouraged to join, priority will be given to those in leadership positions. However, given that the seminar is meant to provide resources for incoming Boards and JEFers in their first mandate, we would especially encourage the latter to apply. This is a fantastic opportunity for current and future leaders to enhance their skills and contribute to the growth and success of their sections and be multipliers towards their own team and section in their home country.
