Microfunding opportunity!

We are pleased to provide and opportunity to fund our local actions on climate and democracy, in cooperation with the EYF, we will be providing small funding for single events or actions on this important topic.

What is the project?

ClimDM is a project combining Climate policy and Democracy, focusing on Climate advocacy, the voice of young people in climate policy and the intersection between climate policy and democracy more brightly. 

What is the goal of this Microgrant:

In these local actions the participants of the training, simulation and JEF Europe sections will implement 10 local actions, in which young people will apply their skills in their own communities. These local actions will bring young people from different backgrounds together in their local communities to strengthen the role of local democracy in climate action. The actions will include Europe@School activities, debates, non-formal educational activities, advocacy campaigns and local campaigns which will be developed preferably in collaboration with local JEF sections and volunteers. These local actions will take place in CoE countries. The action will take place before the end of November 2026

What is the amount:

The action will sponsor 10 local actions, for a total amount of 410 euro per local action.
The guideline for the breakdown of this 410 euro is, however you are allowed to deviate from this guideline if this makes sense for your action (please than explain why your deviating in the notes in the budget template):
