JEF Europe and JEF Serbia are launching the call for the Spring 2026 Federal Committee, which will take place in Belgrade, Serbia, from Friday 17 April to Sunday 19 April 2026.

You can also learn more about the Political Commissions (https://jef.eu/jef-europe-policies/#political-commissions) and the Task Forces (https://jef.eu/jef-europe-policies/#task-forces) composing the FC.

All participants -directly elected FC and EB delegates, National Delegates, and Observers- are kindly asked to register via this link form by 25 March 2026.

If you would also like to take part in the DuP Lab, organised together with FNF Serbia and taking place from Thursday noon to Friday noon, prior to the Federal Committee, please indicate your interest in the registration form. Participants selected for the DuP Lab will be informed by 3 April 2026. Please note that participation in the DuP Lab does not involve any additional fee beyond the standard FC participation fee.

Practical Information

Deadline for Applications

Please register by 25 March 2026.

Participation and Confirmation

Directly elected FC and EB delegates -including AB and AC- who register by the deadline are automatically accepted and may proceed directly with paying the participation fee and booking their travel arrangements, without waiting for confirmation from the Secretariat.

National Delegates are also automatically accepted, provided they have been formally appointed by their section. Please note that each national section may appoint only one National Delegate to the Federal Committee. The Secretariat will verify the appointed name with each section.

  • What is a National Delegate? Each national section of JEF appoints ONE delegate to the FC: it can be the International Officer, the President, the Vice-President, etc. Please note that there is only ONE national delegate per section to the FC, regardless of the size of the section. Register as a national delegate ONLY if you were appointed as such by your section: we will double check with each section the name of their national delegate.

Observers are asked to wait for confirmation from the European Secretariat before paying the participation fee or booking travel arrangements. Confirmation for observers will be sent by 3 April 2026. Please note that accommodation is not automatically included for observers for this edition, unless they choose the accommodation option described below and availability allows it.

If you apply for the Solidarity Fund, you will also receive a reply by 3 April 2026.

  • What is an Observer? An Observer is a member of JEF who is not a National Delegate (and so has no voting rights to the FC), but who is interested in taking part in the discussions, learning more about the work of the FC, and attending an international JEF event.

Observers should wait for the confirmation by the European Secretariat (rolling basis) before issuing the payment of their registration fee and booking their travel arrangements. Please note that if we receive more applications from Observers than the number of spots available, a waiting list will be put in place, in case of cancellations.

Participation Fees

70€ for National Delegates
This fee includes accommodation.

70€ for Observers without accommodation
Observers choosing this option must arrange their accommodation independently.

100€ for Observers with accommodation
This option is subject to availability. In case accommodation capacity is reached, observers will be informed by 3 April 2026 whether their second option can be provided.

Please note that paying the participation fee or booking your transport to Budapest before receiving the confirmation email from the Secretariat will in no way guarantee your participation.

The participation fee includes two nights of accommodation (Friday and Saturday) for those categories where accommodation is included, as well as:

  • coffee and snacks on Saturday and Sunday,
  • a lunch package on Saturday,
  • Saturday dinner,
  • the social event on Saturday evening,
  • and lunch on Sunday.

Please note that additional nights are not included and must be arranged independently by participants.
