Description of training sessions
JEF Europe will be delivering a series of online training sessions on diversity and inclusion supported by the European Commission.
These training activities are carried out in the context of the project MEET which also counts with the partnership and participation of the European Youth Forum, AGE Platform Europe and The Assembly of European Regions (AER), among other partners.
The training sessions will take place between the 18th and 19th of May, online on Zoom.
Please note these are not individual and separate sessions, you should attend both of them to complete the learning path established by the trainer.

Keynote speaker
Juliet Broersen is a young, female, energetic politician in the city council of Amsterdam. She has been active in Volt since its inception in the Netherlands (2017) and was a candidate for the European Elections of 2019.
In 2022 she was elected to the Amsterdam city council as a faction leader.
Juliet is committed to representing the interests of the citizens of Amsterdam and striving for more inclusive and diverse participation in the societal arena. As a politician for the Volt party, she has established herself as a voice for young people, an advocate for a fair society and a champion of empowerment.
With her background in international communications, Juliet understands the importance of listening to different perspectives and experiences. She is committed to involving all people from Amsterdam, regardless of their background, in the political process and ensuring everyone is heard.
With her commitment to serving the community, she is seen as a role model for young women who want to enter the world of politics.
