Join us in Brussels to meet Civil Society and MEPs at the European Parliament

On 13 October 2026, JEF Europe invites young people to Brussels for a day of exchange, discussion and networking at the European Parliament as part of the final event of the Ways of Europe project.

Throughout the project, young people and civil society organisations have explored some of the key questions facing Europe today. In Brussels, we want to bring these conversations together — and bring them directly to European decision-makers.

The programme will focus on democracy and youth participation, migration and human rights, solidarity, the rule of law, and anti-discrimination, building on the experiences and manifestos developed during the different stops of the project Ways of Europe which JEF Europe has been a part of.

What will happen?

In the morning, participants will join a Civil Society Exchange at the European Parliament from 10:00 to 12:00. Rather than a traditional conference, the session will be organised around interactive thematic tables where young people can meet civil society organisations, discuss their work and develop ideas for what civil society should be pushing for at European level. WE Partner Meeting – 30 Sept

🍴 For JEF participants, we will then have lunch together, giving us time to get to know each other, exchange informally and discuss JEF’s work and opportunities to get involved.

In the afternoon, we return to the European Parliament for an Institutional Exchange from 16:00 to 18:30. This will bring the perspectives developed with civil society into a direct dialogue with Members of the European Parliament and other European institutional representatives. WE Partner Meeting – 30 Sept
