Join us in Bratislava for the JEF Capacity Building Seminar October 30th – November 2nd!

Dear JEFers,

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for all JEF sections to participate in our upcoming Capacity Building Seminar in Bratislava, taking place from October 31th to November 2nd, 2025. This seminar is designed to strengthen the leadership skills of our members by covering essential topics that will strengthen the organizational capacity of JEF sections across Europe.

Why should you attend?
Join us to dive deep into crucial areas such as volunteer management, our federal history, advocacy, project and finances management, and reaching new untapped audiences. Our goal is to equip you or strengthen your skills to drive impactful initiatives within your sections. During this week-end, we will take the time to learn from each other and get great tips from experienced trainers. The aim of this training is to be actionable and we will ask you to come prepared and bring concrete ideas and projects back home.

Who can apply?
While everyone is encouraged to join, priority will be given to those in leadership positions. However, given that the seminar is meant to provide resources for incoming Boards and JEFers in their first mandate, we would especially encourage the latter to apply. This is a fantastic opportunity for current and future leaders to enhance their skills and contribute to the growth and success of their sections and be multipliers towards their own team and section in their home country. We also especially encourage board members of smaller and more vulnerable section to join, and will give priority to those who haven’t received CB training before

Deadline: We start selecting candidates form the 15th of October, the final deadline for signup is the 22nd of October

We’ve got you covered! Accommodation and meals will be fully provided, and we will reimburse transportation costs up to 250 EUR or up to the unit cost (Unit cost calculator from Commission) per participant.
